SERVICES AND COVERAGES

Maas Rent a Car offers rental services including various solutions to adapt to the needs of each client:

Car rental, SUV, 4×4 (automatic and manual);
Rental of industrial vehicles (vans);
Renting of vehicles from 6 months.

In this way we manage to provide mobility solutions to our clients in an integral way and with all their associated services, thus generating a close and personalized service to our clients.

COVERAGES

Maas Rent a Car car rental stands out for the flexibility and breadth of its coverage. This way you can hire with us:
1. Basic insurance (CDW);
2. Total Relax coverage, to eliminate the damage excess (in the case of economic categories) or reduce it in the case of minivans, SUV´s and vans.

CDW (Collision Damage Waiver)

Optional service provided directly by the Landlord that exempts the Lessee (EXCEPT THE AMOUNT OF DAMAGE EXCESS), by contracting it, from financial responsibility only for damages caused to the vehicle due to a collision with other vehicles or fixed/mobile objects , excluding those caused by acts of vandalism unless the latter occur during the use of the vehicle, the damage caused to the body and paint, glass, optics, mirrors, tires and tires of the leased vehicle will not be covered.

Tires and glasses crystals

The coverage for tires and crystals offers the lessee the coverage of damages in both concepts as long as the “Total Relax” coverage is contracted or the “Wheels and Crystals” coverage is contracted for an amount of 5€/day.

Total Relax small and economic vehicles

The excess limitation reduction coverage allows its total exemption at the expense of the renter. The reduction of the excess to 0€ applies only to certain types of vehicles (small and economic cars). By hiring the coverage of wheels and crystals offers the lessee the coverage of damages in both concepts.

Total Relax Vans and SUV´s

The excess limitation reduction coverage allows its reduction at the expense of the lessee. The reduction of the franchise to 250€ applies only to certain types of vehicles (SUV´s and vans).

It is not coverd by any type of coverage

Excluded from all our coverages are:
Damage to third parties or to the vehicle due to negligence, loss of triangles, vests, vehicle documentation, repair kit, antenna and locks, traffic fines, driving under the influence of alcohol / drugs, transportation of illegal substances and animals, damage, loss of keys, burns on seats, driving outside public roads.

SERVICES

The coverages mentioned above can be combined with several additional services, such as the additional free driver, isofix system for baby seats, roadside assistance, full-full deposit, taxes and fees included (no surprises in the final price). All these services will make your trip safer and more bearable.

Free additional driver

When renting the vehicle you will have the option of adding a second driver at no additional cost.

Full-Full
The fuel consumed by the vehicle during the rental period will be paid by the renter.

The renter will return the vehicle with a full fuel tank, in the same way that it is delivered, otherwise, the renter will be billed the amount corresponding to the amount of missing fuel plus the additional charge for the refueling service .
